Development in Dawson Creek, B.C. Canada

purchased 157 acres of prime real estate in the Dawson Creek area of British Columbia for the development of a
100-200 room hotel, full service truck stop, truck wash,
convenience store, and other retail space to be able to service the
expected boom in growth for the Dawson
Creek area of British Columbia,
Canada.
The company released the following statement, "MultiCorp
International, Inc has purchased a 157 acre parcel in the
Dawson Creek area of British Columbia, Canada. This parcel is
situated in the prime area of Dawson
Creek and will capitalize as Dawson Creek's population is set to explode
over the next 4-7 years. The company plans to work closely with our
strategic partner, New North Construction, Ltd, to develop the
property with a truck stop, hotel, fueling station, and other
ancillary service businesses to accommodate the growth projected
for this area. When this project is completed, it should be valued
in the $100 million dollar range and
will create a steady income for the company of $4-6 million dollars per month in revenue,"
