(OTC Markets PINK: MCIC) MultiCorp International, Inc. is pleased to announce the receipt of a bank confirmation for available funds ready for transfer in the amount of $25,000,000 (twenty-five million USD) from Neoforma Inc., post deposit and clearance of 40 Brightwater LLC's accepted foreign currency into Neoforma Inc's Bank's FOREX account.

These funds will provide MultiCorp International, Inc. with the ability to cover expenses for legal services, auditors, market makers, a new board of directors and executive team, PR/IR firm, and a social media awareness group.

Immediately after closing the initial $50,000,000 (fifty million USD) loan from Edwards Capital N.A. LLC's correspondent bank, the short-term debt funding by Neoforma Inc. shall be repaid. The loan announced on March 14, 2025, is imminent.

But the bleed down is on "1,000,000 shares", which is nothing… in fact, even the x10 run that we've been on has basically been on 5 million share volume days

I get your theory but MCIC has had very strong stable buying over the past few month.  This isn't an OTC pump and dump over a few days

I agree, there are enough shares available for whales to load, mostly on the bid within the last month. Not like a million bid is technically a whale but i think its coming. I'm surprised there hasn't been a promo on this stock. I believe soon enough we will see 100 mil volume and exchange of shares on folks who have been holding for years and the trip buyers who are happy with 1000%+ gains. Then that leads to a whole new high in pps. Cheers to the longs here $$

That last pr was packed with info.Deposit of the $50,000,000 n the second loan for $500,000,000 in crypto stable tokens as well the the a Bitcoin Transaction of $25,000,000... we need a 8k detailing this info

Here's some thoughts... In January we were trading at .0007, and now we are .007... so we have gone up x10, and there have only been 3 days where over 10 mill was traded, and none of them were even close to being huge (12M, 16M and 23M) volume days, so basically the only shares being traded would have to the longs, because there are no meaningful new buyers buying (yet), no promos going on, and no new posters etc... so longs doing token day trading and also longs mopping shares back up and still accumulating... and all of this going when we didn't have any news, and ever since the "Bitcoin news", bitcoin has gone down in value!... and since Trumps gov says they want to stockpile replenishment there is no reason to think Bitcoin is going to "0" so at some point (probably fairly shortly) the price will go up right?


Which means MCIC too... and has to be targeting multiples from here... With our favourable share structure, Gorbs' 40 cents prediction might be in play if we (the longs) hold tight like we are doing...

Before all this news I heard anywhere from 40cents to a buck

While this isn't the old days in the otc where news would send a ticker hundreds to thousands percent in a week. I believe the long hold on $MCIC will take it to that level from here. Patience is the new otc game. One that's taken me many years to understand. I'll be patiently waiting for multi penny's at least$$
