George, why do people still own a total of 700,000 Porsche 911’s that cost a fortune to fix when they could get a Model 3 performance as outlined in your carbuzz article?? And with FSD you could have the car drive you home when you go out to party!! No DUI, much lower risk of an accident while drinking, and more fun to drive!! And you could probably get a powerwall with your Tesla Model 3 performance too for the price of a Porsche!!

These three incidents show distinct similarities and are worth further examining especially considering the NHTSA petition filed by Dr Belt; posted in the second section of this post.

Victim in deadly multi-vehicle crash in San Francisco identified

According to the DA, Zhang told investigators he tried stopping, but the breaks in his Tesla did not respond. Verifying that claim will take time.

"That requires a significant vehicle inspection, generally done by the manufacturer of the vehicle," Jenkins said. "It requires accident reconstruction. We need to figure out how fast he was going and a download of the black box that was in the vehicle."

Tesla China responds to Chengdu crash involving 11 vehicles

Tesla’s China operations team on Monday denied that a technical failure was to blame for a crash on Nov. 25 in the southwestern city of Chengdu involving a speeding Tesla and 11 other vehicles; three were injured but no one was killed. An analysis of the car by the US automaker found the accelerator pedal had been pressed hard, increasing the vehicle’s speed from 54 kilometers (34 miles) per hour to 132 km/h at the time of the crash. Queried online in China about why the brake light was on but the car did not slow down, the company explained that the brake pedal was only applied two seconds after the initial hit when the brake was already damaged. The car owner surnamed Wang told Chinese media outlets that his new Tesla, registered the same day, accelerated suddenly and had been unable to stop.

Bizarre fatal high speed Tesla crash in China sparks police probe - Professional Driver

In an interview with local news outlet Dahe Daily, the 55-year-old driver, Zhan, who said he was a former truck driver, said he tried pressing the brake pedal and the emergency parking brake button, but with no effect
Tesla China denied the family member’s claims, noting that data from the ill-fated Model Y showed that the accelerator pedal was depressed deeply during the incident. Tesla stated that the Park button was indeed pressed during the vehicle’s final drive four times, but only briefly. Previous tests from Tesla owners indicated that pressing Park for an extended period of time while the vehicle is in motion would stop the car
For those that do not know, Teslas park button functions as an emergency brake/parking brake.

Researcher Discovers Tesla Design Flaw That May Cause Unintended Acceleration; NHTSA Reopens Investigation
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has reopened its investigation into a potential design flaw in Tesla vehicles, which may lead to sudden unintended acceleration. This comes after allegations were made that a voltage spike deep within the control systems could cause the vehicle to incorrectly read an accelerator input, even when none has occurred.

When Voltage Spikes Trigger Unintended Acceleration
Under certain circumstances, such as slow driving, when the power steering requires more power, the draw on the 12-volt battery can cause a significant spike in the system. This voltage surge could lead the inverter to incorrectly conclude that the accelerator pedal has been pressed, resulting in unintended acceleration.

This unexpected acceleration could theoretically happen when a voltage spike, lasting only microseconds, occurs simultaneously as the car performs an ADC check, also lasting microseconds. Belt suggests that the frequency of these events aligns with the 200 or so incidents reported between 2013 and 2019.

Adding complexity to this issue, Belt contends that due to the nature of the fault, it does not get logged as an error. The inverter’s misinterpretation of a voltage spike as a throttle input leaves no trace, leading to discrepancies between Tesla's vehicle data and owners' accounts, possibly explaining why the ODI initially denied the petition.

While Belt's allegations primarily focus on the Model 3, which features a unique inverter design, he notes that similar errors could occur in Model S and Model X vehicles. This opens up the potential for a broader scope in the ongoing investigation.

NHTSA Petition Claims Tesla Sudden Unintended Acceleration Is Real

What's worse is that the incorrectly increased sensor signals will be sent via the CAN bus to the vehicle logs, causing Tesla and NHTSA to conclude that the driver caused the sudden increase in torque by stepping on the accelerator pedal. But in this case, the sudden acceleration was caused not by the driver stepping on the accelerator pedal but by a random superposition of a negative-going voltage spike (which is about 100 microseconds long), and the sampling time of the analog-to-digital converter (which is about 10 microseconds long). This random superposition explains the low occurrence rate of sudden acceleration in Tesla vehicles
SUA has impacted every main Tesla car model S/X, 3/Y, & even the Cybertruck. Im not aware of an incident involving a Semi...yet...although the one that drove into the trees with an engine fire may have experienced SUA.
As this issue has impacted just about every Tesla model and year, i doubt Dr Belt's theory in relation to the the origin of the fault, is exactly correct and certainly not easy to fix as its still a problem. Thus i expect the NHTSA will deny this petition at some point despite this issue continuing to plague Teslas. I believe the problem of SUA is EM interference induced which impacts other EVs as well per a study in China. EMI can cause these voltage spikes to compensate from a drop in voltage as described in the following quote. E3 usually pertains to EM blast from a nuclear explosion but during geostorms/unrest this same sort of voltage depression can be observed in electrical systems.

E3 can also affect subtransmission and distribution systems by causing harmonic distortion and voltage depression. The voltage regulators at the substation will attempt to correct for low voltage levels on distribution circuits. This attempt can result in overvoltages when the E3 stimulus decays to a low value

Part 2 - Proof Electromagnetic radiation is causing EVs to go out of control
4). Among the data records during the accidents according to the background data of the crashed vehicles or the data of on-vehicle terminals, the position values of most accelerator pedals were very high(99%) while the values of brake pedals were 0% or only non-zero in very limited moments (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2).
Continued very high accelerator pressure with no braking is how you differentiate SUA from pedal misapplication.

In  recent  years,  there  have  been  numerous  out-of-control  accidents  of  electric  vehicles.
Occasional fault of electronic control unit caused by  electromagnetic interference
External  electromagnetic  interference  refers  to  that  caused  by electromagnetic  radiation  of  various  electrical  facilities  including  the  high  voltage  transmission  line, broadcasting  TV  devices  and  radio  communication  equipment  as  well  as  natural  phenomena  such  as lightning.

Electromagnetic  wave  interferes  the  electric  control  system  of  automobile  through  wiring  harness and  car  body to  make  it  hard  to  perform  or  even  send  wrong  instructions leading  to  wrong  actions  of various  actuators,  affecting  the  safety,  reliability  and  stability  of  automobile  driving.  The electromagnetic  interference  affects  the  automobile  electronic  control  system  mainly  in  two  ways:  one is  to  affect  the  input  signal  of  the  sensor  of  the  electronic  control  system,  causing  distortion  and resulting  in  electric  control  signal  where  the  ECU  output  does  not  match  the  driver's  intention,  which leads  to  the  wrong  operation  of  the  actuator;  the  other  is  to  interfere  the  ECU  output  signal  to  result  in its deviation,  misleading the operation of  the actuator.

The most common cause of Natural EMI includes:

Lightning

Solar Magnetic Storms

Earth’s Magnetic Field Flux

Cosmic Radiation

Section 6 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Jain is one of tens of thousands of Tesla owners who have experienced premature failures of suspension or steering parts, according to a Reuters review of thousands of Tesla documents. The chronic failures, many in relatively new vehicles, date back at least seven years and stretch across Tesla’s model lineup and across the globe, from China to the United States to Europe, according to the records and interviews with more than 20 customers and nine former Tesla managers or service technicians.

https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/

The exact cause of the Hutchison Effect is unknown in public spheres as it is classified under national security. However the most likely culprit seems to be a combination of electromagnetic sources coming together in a way to change the makeup of metals leading to their rusting, softening, fracturing, complete breaking, even dustification. Keep in mind the degree of metal materials that are within our buildings and infrastructure...even in concrete. Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?

Fire fear prompts EV moratorium at high-end Spa City condo complex
Homeowners association at Park Place Condominiums limits number of electric vehicles for fear intense battery fire could spread from the garage

SARATOGA SPRINGS — Fears of an electric vehicle fire have sparked the homeowners association at a luxury condominium complex to place a moratorium on any new EVs parking in the building’s underground garage.

Residents of the Park Place Condominiums voted in November to ban the vehicles from parking in their deeded spots out of concerns the vehicles' high-voltage lithium-ion batteries, if damaged, could heat up, combust and spread flames into the building.

“It comes down to the most basic thing,” resident David Biggs said. “We need to protect our building from fire.”
Yep and this sort of thing is slowly catching on, mostly in Europe I think. You can see why after a Mercedes caught a parking garage on fire in South Korea. Lithium batteries are extremely volatile and prone to thermal runaway despite mainstream medias tendency to downplay it. The main reason for thermal runaway in lithium batteries is EM radiation not external damage to the batteries.

On August 1, 2024, a Mercedes-Benz EQE electric vehicle (EV) burst into flames in an underground parking garage in Incheon, South Korea. The fire damaged over 140 cars and caused a week-long power and water outage for 1,600 homes.

Delgado airport, destroyed more than 200 vehicles before being extinguished and was being reported in the early stages as having begun in a Tesla brand of electric car.

How does EMF cause lithium batteries to experience thermal runaway and thus spontaneously combust? One of two main ways:

#1 - Overcharge/Discharge

With various impressed external magnetic field intensities an effect was noticed on the charge and discharge curves as well as the charge and mass concentrations within the batteries. With the two-dimensional model starting from 0mT and going to 1mT had the effect of discharging the battery faster and charging the battery faster. With the two-dimensional model starting from 1mT and going to -1mT had the effect of charging the battery faster. In either case an effect on the various characteristics of the battery were studied. With the experiments conducted on the two types of batteries the effect was more profound than subtle. Discharge times were twice as fast and charge times were equally
affected. With the smaller batteries they all generally charged faster under the presence of a magnetic field due to more uniform penetration. In the presence of the field they also discharged faster. The larger batteries would not see the same uniform penetration because only a small area of the battery sees the center of the coil it is placed on

In this dissertation, they found that external magnetic fields significantly increased charge and discharge rates in individual lithium battery cells; like shown in the following image. They also found that smaller batteries were impacted to a greater degree than larger ones. This is likely a reason Tesla is switching to larger battery cells in addition to employing magnetic attenuating honeycomb sandwich battery pack.

#2 - Stimulation of Dendrite Growth

Thermoelectric current causes asymmetric growth pattern of dendrites.
thermoelectromagnetic convection occurs in the vicinity of the solid-liquid interface, and vortices are generated between dendritic arms. It is shown that the thermoelectromagnetic convection has a major influence on dendritic morphology.

China urges citizens to trade in ‘old lithium e-bikes’ for newer lead acid electric bikes

Over the last decade or so, China has seen a shift from older AGM batteries, which are heavy and bulky, toward lighter and longer-lasting lithium-ion batteries.

However, safety concerns regarding rare yet dangerous lithium-ion battery fires have put a pause on that proliferation. The government instituted new safety standards for lithium-ion batteries in e-bikes last year, but there’s also been a major pushback toward AGM batteries for the domestic market. Even major technological leaders in the industry, such as Yadea and NIU, produce many AGM-based e-bikes for the domestic market while exporting primarily lithium-ion battery e-bikes abroad.

Now we’re seeing China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announcing new policies to further promote trade-ins of lithium-ion battery e-bikes for AGM models. The new MOC policy includes subsidies to help individuals buy eligible new models.
MOC says is intended to help phase out older electric bikes with safety risks.
It will work to phase out older e-bikes however you can do that by doing this same trade-in program. However moving people away from lithium suggests China's ministry is worried about the dangers lithium batteries pose due to their propensity to spontaneously combust. Why arent they doing this for their EV market too? They also need to move cellphones back to removable batteries so those can be traded in but this could be why they encourage people to constantly upgrade their phones.
On a side note, it seems odd that China cares more for its citizens than the US does. Then again, due to population density, its far more dangerous in China than in the US for these lithium batteries to go BOOM!!!💥

Tesla Veers off the road into a guardrail killing one. Scant detail on this accident as its just an instagram post. Photos of the damage is added to the post.

01.28.2024 | 12:44 AM | IRVINE – The driver of a Tesla was killed when their vehicle careened off the roadway into a guardrail, early Sunday morning.

https://www.instagram.com/countynewstv/p/C2qRgSWL0Yv/?img_index=1

Im bearish Tesla because its tech continues to go haywire and kill people, but looks like they are going to pump TSLA again. It doesnt matter how bad EVs are right now, they use TSLA like a printing press.
Not only does the tech continue to go haywire due to EM interference it also exposes people to EM radiation that causes and enhances dis-ease. Things like heart problems and seizures which could even lead to SIDS/SUDC as passengers are exposed to greater radiation than driver.

Its not just Teslas that are malfunctiong due to EM radiation. Theres been a slew of passenger plane malfunctions ive been tracking since December 22nd. 42 passenger plane malfunctions posted so far. I havent added the recent Blackhawk Helicopter/passenger plane accident because I do not know why the Helicopter flew into the plane. However i speculate it was using Autopilot system as it didnt deviate from its path at all despite Tower telling it to deviate its path. Something to keep in mind because Teslas AP/FSD does the same thing.

Both FSD cases, 1 professional driver case, 4 regular driver cases, & 1 intoxicated driver case, the Teslas slammed into a tree resulting in the death of at least 1 person. 1 autopilot case the Tesla veered off the road and rolled into a tree. 2 Autopilot cases suddenly veered into the median. 2 regular driver incidents involved locked steering. It appears as though the Semi suffered some sort of electrical issue causing an engine to catch fire and it veer off the interstate into trees. The Cybertruck incident also involved locked steering but included sudden unintended acceleration.

Section 5- The computer errors from outer space
(Elon Musk: Model S not a car but a ‘sophisticated computer on wheels’)

When computers go wrong, we tend to assume it's just some software hiccup, a bit of bad programming. But ionising radiation, including rays of protons blasted towards us by the sun, can also be the cause. These incidents, called single-event upsets, are rare and it can be impossible to be sure that cosmic rays were involved in a specific malfunction because they leave no trace behind them.

And yet they have been singled out as the possible culprits behind numerous extraordinary cases of computer failure. From a vote-counting machine that added thousands of non-existent votes to a candidate's tally, to a commercial airliner that suddenly dropped hundreds of feet mid-flight, injuring dozens of passengers
Plus, since giant ejections from the sun can sometimes send huge waves of particles towards Earth, what's called space weather, an unnerving prospect looms: we could see much more disruption to computers than we're used to during a massive geomagnetic storm in the future

Section 7 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Maybe my dad wasn’t the sharpest guy but he was smart enough to invest in Tesla and borrow 30k to get the car of his dreams-the model 3 dual motor!! He paid about 60k total, but definitely had NO REGRETS in buying it!!!!

Hutchison Effect, Teslas Whompy Wheel Issue, & 911

https://i.imgur.com/IlIJqgq.jpeg

Collection of 200+ images of Tesla cars that suffered a severe suspension malfunction, i.e. one of their wheels became dislodged due to manufacturing defects.
I doubt this is the result of manufacturing defect as this person thinks. My theory is the Hutchison Effect (the fracturing of metal due to multiple sources of EM radiation) is causing the severe suspension issues. I believe that Teslas motors are a significant source of the EM radiation contributing to this phenomenon. However, the Hutchison Effect requires multiple sources of EM radiation to combine, one of which is comes from surface EMF during enhanced geomagnetic activity, to cause metal fracturing like what's being seen in Teslas.

Material analysis of Hutchison Effect:

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yQhFqiTUcKw

========================================

Proof that science behind the Hutchison Effect is classified in at least Canada:

My work has been classified as a matter of National Security by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service
the spontaneous fracturing of metals;

changes in the crystalline structure and physical properties of metals;

fusion of dissimilar materials such as metal and wood, while lacking any displacement;

the anomalous heating of metals without burning adjacent material;

https://www.drjudywood.com/pdf/AffJHutchison4.pdf

========================================

List of Hutchison Effect Phenomenon observed:

There are several modes of metal disruption that were part of the Hutchison Effect
including:
1. Heating. The sample, typically ferrous, may be brought to incandescence with small
sparks flying from it but no heating effects are seen on the plywood board on which
it is placed. No electrical connections are attached nor are there nearby high-power
RF heater coils. Small coins of copper and nickel adjacent to the sample are
unaffected.
2. “Jelly Metal”. The sample, usually a cast aluminum bar, is seen to quiver as if made
of jelly. On occasion, drops of what appear to be molten aluminum are seen to fall
from the sample. The sample is on paper or cardboard which shows no sign of
sensible heat. In one case, a common steel cutlery knife which had lain on top of an
aluminum flat bar was found to have literally sunk several millimeters into the
aluminum bar. The knife appeared not to have been affected.
3. Delamination. The sample, usually an extruded aluminum bar, opens up either at
the end or in the middle into uncountable small fibres, the lines of delamination
appearing to be along planes parallel to the extrusion direction. In many aluminum
bars, the delamination occurs at the centre and the bar is literally pulled apart into
two pieces. Here it appears as if the metal was grasped at the ends and pulled apart
by a tremendous force resulting in severe delamination into fibres. No evidence of
grips which would be necessary to pull the metal apart can be found.
4. Clean Fractures. Some samples, notably steels, simply fracture apart either in
directions parallel to their long axis or at other angles. Steel samples such as flat files
have fractured in several places and the resulting faces are magnetized. However
adjoining faces are magnetized such that they repel each other. Normally, fracturing
of bar magnets results in adjoining faces attracting.
5. Severe Deformation. In ferrous or non-ferrous samples, typically bars or rods, the
MUT is twisted into bizarre shapes as if the metal was in a completely plastic state.
No heating effects are seen on the surface or interior of the MUT, nor are grip marks
which would indicate a forced deformation. In some cases the MUT is bent into a
completely tight U-shape with no attendant flattening or bulging at the bend.
6. Pitting. Pitting, gouging or other small-volume metal removal occurs typically in
ferrous MUT either at the one or both ends or at the middle of a bar or rod. In some
cases, the case-hardening of a case-hardened shaft has been “blown off” into a
powder revealing the softer steel underneath.
7. Crumbling. Approx. 6 mm of the end of a large (eg 52 mm diameter) steel shaft
crumbled like a cookie into small (~ mm across) crumbs and dust while lying on a
wooden board. Later examination of the board revealed no evidence of heat but a 2-3
mm indentation in the shape of the shaft.
8. “De-Alloying”. Typical commercial aluminum alloys have fairly well-distributed
alloying elements (eg Cu, Mg, Si, Fe). Upon being placed in the “field”, SEM/EDX
and electron microprobe analysis reveals blobs of pure elements situated along
fracture lines, apparently coming out of solid solution (Figure 7). In the case of
ferrous MUTs, at locations of severe deformation visible patches of copper appear.

Burning batteries in Tesla crash complicate rescue; 1 dead in Southern California - Regular driver?

The lithium-ion batteries in a 2025 Tesla Model Y complicated first responders’ efforts to save a person involved in a fiery electrical vehicle crash, officials in Torrance announced Wednesday.

The single-vehicle collision, according to a news release from the Torrance Police Department, occurred Jan. 28 at around 10:15 p.m. at the intersection of Madrona Avenue and Plaza Del Amo.

At the scene, police found the Tesla fully engulfed in flames after the motorist, traveling southbound on Madrona Avenue, for unknown reasons swerved to the right and collided with a traffic signal pole.

“Officers made valiant efforts to gain access to the vehicle,” the release noted. “However, due to the intensity of the flames and heat, they were unable to rescue the occupant.”
A 2025 Tesla model Y, for unknown reasons, swerved into a traffic pole and caught fire burning its occupant alive. ICE cars can manage to collide with traffic poles and trees without bursting into flames and burning its passenger alive, but so many Teslas cannot. Its one of the reasons why Teslas have the highest accident & death rates. This has happen more times than the Ford Pinto!

New Investigation Suggests Tesla And NHTSA Withheld Info Surrounding Autopilot Crashes
Details of over 200 Autopilot-related accidents were complied, with new patterns being discovered.
The report states that in the accidents, Tesla’s Autopilot struggled with obstacle avoidance, and cars also veered off the road.

It’s my belief that this is all in relation to the flux capacitor.
The magnetic field’s relation to the flux capacitor is the issue.

I have extensive DD on my personal page on this topic.
