Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On September 6, 2024, the Board of Directors of Unusual Machines, Inc. (the “Company”) approved increasing Andrew Camden’s annual salary as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer from $150,000 to $200,000, effective as of September 1, 2024.
