Issue of shares following exercise of options and Annual General Meeting date:





eServGlobal Limited (ASX:ESV)(LSE:ESG) announces that on 21 September 2005 it
issued 111,664 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of options in the
company - 93,332 were issued at $A0.18 and 18,332 were issued at $A0.23 per
share.





Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM.



eServGlobal's Annual General Meeting will be held in Sydney on 23 November 2005.
