Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Dr Andrew
Williams, a non-executive director, informed the Company today that
his wife, Charlotte Williams, had sold 3,400 Ordinary Shares in the
capital of the Company on 19 September 2024 at a price of £92.50
per share.
Following this transaction, Dr Williams'
total beneficial interest in the
Company will be 57,806 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.48 per cent.
of the Company's total voting rights.
