Cambridge, UK, 3 February, 2009: Meldex International Plc (AIM: MDX), the 
Company announces today that administrators have been appointed to its wholly 
owned subsidiary Melbrosin GmbH in Germany. 
 
 
The administrators are Dr. May & Partner, Kurf�rstendamm 66, 10707 Berlin, 
++49.30.890.43960. 
 
The directors are currently reviewing the business activities of the Company's 
Melbrosin Austria subsidiary and will report further in due course.
