Change to the Board of Riverside Finance plc
Riverside Finance plc (the "Company") issued GBP250 million
3.875% secured bonds due 2044 on 5(th) December 2014 (ISIN:
XS1148849018).
The Company announces the resignation of Andy Gladwin from his
position as Company Secretary of the Company, with effect from 14
May 2018. Andy has served as the Company Secretary since 1 March
2017.
The Company also announces the appointment of Tom Ferguson as
the new Company Secretary of the Company, with effect from 15 May
2018.
