The Company announces that on 21 November 2023 it purchased, for immediate cancellation, 130,000 of its ordinary 2p shares at a price per share of 122.5p.

Following the above purchase and cancellation, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 39,663,133.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 21 November 2023 is 39,663,133.
