Spacelabs Healthcare Inc. (LSE: SLAB) ("Spacelabs" or the "Company"), an
international medical equipment company quoted on AIM, a market of the London
Stock Exchange, announces that it was informed on 24 November 2006 that on that
date Sir John Banham, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, bought 25,000
Common Shares of US$0.001 each at an average price of 98 pence per share.



Following this purchase of shares, Sir John Banham is the beneficial owner of
25,000 Common Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's current issued share
capital.
