Director / PDMR Shareholding

Datong announces today that it received notification on 2 February 2012 that Grant Ashley, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 22,800 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at 47.2 pence per share on 31 January 2012.

Following this acquisition, Mr Ashley holds 22,800 shares in the Company, representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
