than 140,000 users have joined UMFun. On average, UMFun has added
1,000 new users daily and the subscription rate is growing week
over week. The Company expects this rate to accelerate
significantly, beginning next month, when the expansion pack, as

course content to Grades 1-5 and Grades 10-12 respectively. Upon
completion of this expansion, UMFun will provide courseware to
accommodate China Mobile’s 40 million-plus K-12 paid educational

accelerated. The Company is now making preparations to launch UMFun
in Guizhou Province in the first quarter of 2015. Launch dates for
other provinces will be announced in early 2015.

million subscribers in 2015 and 2016 respectively, as initially
announced in July 2014.
The Company has submitted an application to the Chinese Ministry
