Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 10, 2021, Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend payable on March 5, 2021 to shareholders of record as of February 19, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
