Meso Numismatics Announces Intention to Undergo Name Change and Authorized Shares Change

(“Meso Numismatics” or the “Company”) (MSSV), a regenerative medicine company is pleased to announce that it will be undergoing a name change from Meso Numismatics Inc. to Regenerative Medical Technology Group Inc. to better reflect the company’s business. The Company will also change its authorized shares outstanding from the current 6.5 billion to 100 million shares.
