(TSXV: OLY) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Olympia Trust Company ("Olympia") has been granted a license to operate as a non-deposit taking trust company in the Province of New Brunswick. The license was granted pursuant to the Loan and Trust Companies Act (New Brunswick).

Olympia is now permitted to operate as a non-deposit taking trust company in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick.
