(PCX:ICE); Itron, Inc. (PCX:ITRI); Liberty Global, Inc.- Class A
(PCX:LBTYA); Leap Wireless International, Inc. (PCX:LEAP/UAO);
Loews Corp. -- Carolina Group (PCX:CG); NOVA Chemicals Corp.
(PCX:NCX); Novatel, Inc. (PCX:NGPS); North American Palladium Ltd.

expiration cycle with exercise limits set at 20,000,000 shares. The
