Correct and in the PR, which I did read, it states they have until at least December 23
before the American Exchange most likely boots them back because of not have the minimum Bid price. They can file for an extension of 6 months and I would think that is what they will do.

From the Press Release Date Nov 17:

Ampio’s continued listing on the Exchange will be predicated on it demonstrating compliance with Section 1003(f)(v) of the NYSE American Company Guide through a period of at least December 23, 2022. The Company will update shareholders if and when it receives notification from the NYSE American that it has achieved compliance on this matter.

Read the news. Tomorrow they are back…

They will need to be up to a dollar by Mid December to maintain their status on the big board...

So that means there needs to be some outstanding news coming... a major partner or a possible sale all together. Its worth a shot so will get back in and see what shakes out.

I sold what I had left for the tax loss this morning. No way I was going to pay a reorganization fee to the brokerage for this failed company. Once that R/s was approved I knew the time had come.

Luckily, I had some profits from an account that I closed earlier this year and I can offset some of that with the loss from Ampio.

I have picked up a few tid bits over the years of being on IHUB... when a stock like AMPE goes from a big board stock to Pinksheets it will draw people to it like a moth to a flame.

They dont really do much DD they just see a cheap stock that was once over two dollars... the goal then becomes to try and see if they can get people to believe it will happen again. It wont with this one.... but I must say when I looked at AMPE on the pinksheets today I noticed something odd.

When Ampio put out the PR a few days ago asking for folks to vote in favor of the revers split, it was put out by the CEO Michael A. Martino
Chief Executive Officer. But if you go to Pinksheets his name is no where to be found in the company officers list... they list this guy as the CEO Donald B. Wingerter, Jr.
CEO and they show Michael Emil Macaluso as a board member

Thing is when Ampion put out the release telling of the fraud in the trials they also announced that the President of the company at that time and the old CEO Michael Emil Macaluso were terminated from all company activities. But Pinksheets shows Michael as a board member still. Wonder what they hell they are up to now.

Agreed. I've been figuring to take this as a stock loss to offset some other gains I made earlier this summer.

I think I'll go ahead & do that shortly. I did hang around long enough to vote NO on the R/S though.

Its very funny how they were not interested in communicating with us for almost 8 months.... then when they did they let us know that from 2020 till early 2022 the whole thing was a sham... the OAK trials were rigged... there was never any hope of them having a successful COVID product... but now they are imploring shareholders to keep them on the "Big" board... only so they can raise money and keep their life style intact... no way then can do anything on the OTC other then convertible debt.

I bailed at 18 cents and lost a great deal, so this is only an opinion post, from a bitter ex shareholder, but if I were still in this I would say, "Unless you have a plan for all of the shareholders who stood by you for over 2 or 3 or 4 years, a plan that can help them recoup the hundreds of thousands they all lost, I am voting NO"....

I look back and recall some of the PR's and when we as investors where on Conferences calls. And on the calls they backed up that they were doing excellent and indicators were it was a success... they were padding the results with the positive numbers from those unauthorized tests...I think it was the old CEO and President who hatched the scheme.... time will tell.

They lied to large VC investors as well, so I’m certain a lawsuit is coming. The individual who alerted me to Ampio is one of its larger initial investors, and he is furious- to put it mildly.

This dude gives hospital systems capital to build.

So he’s well connected and pissed.

I am sorry to hear that, I took a loos but because I got out when it was still in the 25 to 30 range is was about half that... still there was complete deception by the company and there needs to be compensation of some type to investors who believed the total lies about the effectiveness of this product. Most likely in the form of indictments for the previous CEO and the previous President of the company.
