Posting of Circular 
 
 
Further to the announcement released earlier today which included details of the 
recommended proposals for the sale of the entire issued share capital of AIM 
PowerGen Corporation, the cessation of the Company's 'fund' designation status 
and the migration of the Company to Jersey, the Company announces that a 
circular relating to the proposals (the "Circular") has been posted to 
shareholders, and that the Circular, which includes a notice convening a general 
meeting of REG at 10.00 a.m. on 16 October 2009 at Carey House, Les Banques, St 
Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4BZ, will shortly be available to view on the Company's 
website (http://www.renewableenergygeneration.co.uk).
