Exercise of Options

An application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 1,650,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of share options by employees on 19 December 2011.

Admission is expected to occur on 28 December 2011. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"). Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will consist of 457,306,993 Ordinary Shares.
