NOTICE OF Annual General Meeting 2021
CLOSED MEETING
Pebble Beach Systems Group plc (AIM: "PEB", "Pebble" or the
"Group"), a leading global software business specialising in
playout automation and content management solutions for the
broadcast and streaming service markets, announces an update on its
Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
Following the Prime Minister's s tatement at the Coronavirus
press conference on 14 June 2021, confirming that the UK Government
is delaying step 4 re-openings, resulting in the current
restrictions remaining in place until 19 July 2021 , and in
accordance with the current legislation in force as a result of
COVID-19, Pebble Beach Systems Group plc's AGM will be held as a
closed meeting, at 12 noon on 23 June 2021.
Shareholders will not be permitted to attend in person this
year. These measures are to adhere to Government restrictions and
to help protect the company's staff and shareholders.
It is the Company's intention to hold a closed AGM with a quorum
of two directors and the company secretary present, shareholders
are therefore strongly encouraged to appoint the "Chairman of the
Meeting" as their proxy rather than another person, who will not be
permitted to attend the meeting, and to vote by proxy on the
resolutions contained in the AGM Notice.
If you are a shareholder and would like to ask the Company's
board (the "Board") a question on the formal business of the
meeting, please email your question to investors@pebble.tv in
advance of the AGM. The Board will respond to questions by email,
and these will be published on the Company website following the
meeting.
