software, announces the sale of 180,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence
each ("Ordinary Shares") by Michael Jackson, Non-Executive Director
at a price of 110 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale of 180,000
Ordinary Shares, Mr Jackson's shareholding is 1,391,450 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.83 per cent. of the total voting rights of
the Company.
