An application has been made today to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 6,262,639 ordinary shares of 25p each ('the shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

The shares are being reserved under a block listing pursuant to the Minerva plc Executive Incentive Plan.

When issued, the shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in Minerva plc.
