Honye Financial Services Ltd, a special purpose acquisition company formed to undertake one or more acquisitions of businesses in the financial services and financial technology sector, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company proposed to be held at 10.00 today, 21 April 2022, has been adjourned and will now be held at Locke Lord LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, Spitalfields, London EC1M 3AB on 28 April 2022 at 10:00 (London Time) which is 17:00 (Beijing Time).

The meeting was adjourned to allow for proxy votes to be accurately collated.
