VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION OF LISTING OF ORDINARY SHARES ON LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to its announcement o n 18 November 2020, the Board of Exillon Energy plc (the "Company") hereby gives notice that the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") has cancelled the premium listing of the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN IM00B58FMW76) (the "Shares") on the Official List of the FCA, and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the admission to trading of the Shares on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. (GMT) today.
