Bigblu Broadband plc (AIM: BBB.L), a leading provider of alternative superfast and ultrafast broadband solutions throughout Australasia and the Nordics, announces that the Company has been informed that certain investment vehicles connected with Christopher Mills, Non-Executive Director has purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 38.00p per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Christopher Mills and the investment vehicles connected with him are interested in 14,825,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 25.319% of the Company's issued share capital.
