                              Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 3 September, 2007 from Helium Special
Situations Fund that, following its participation in the Company's placing,
announced on 23 August 2007, Helium Special Situations Fund is now interested in
12,250,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately 8.6 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company received a further notification on 3 September, 2007 from AXA
Framlington that, following its participation in the Company's placing,
announced on 23 August 2007, AXA Framlington is now interested in 13,200,000
ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately 9.2 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
