Secured Creditor Quarterly Update
Manchester Airport Group Funding PLC (the "Issuer") today
announces that a conference call to update Obligor Secured
Creditors in relation to the business, performance and strategy of
the Security Group will be held on Tuesday 22 September 2020 at 2pm
(UK time), pursuant to the Additional Information Covenant of the
STID Proposal dated 26 May 2020. The call will be hosted by Neil
Thompson, Chief Financial Officer, and Ken O'Toole, Chief
Development Officer.
The Issuer confirms that a copy of the report setting out, for
the forthcoming six-month period, a projection of the liquidity
available to the Group was delivered to each Secured Creditor
Representative on Tuesday 15 September 2020.
