Further to the announcement made 15
November 2024, Nordea Bank Abp ("Nordea") announces that the listing of
their USD 200,000,000 Primary Capital Undated Floating Rate Notes
("Notes") on the Main
Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange have now
been cancelled with effect from 8:00 a.m. (BST) today 16 December
2024.
