On July 24, 2015, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Viewtran Group, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter of resignation from Andy Liu, the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and a director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Liu indicated that his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, polices or practices.
