Registrant has undertaken a complete change in management and relocated its corporate offices from North Carolina to Florida and has been unable to gather all of the information needed to complete the Form 10-Q and the related financial statements in time to file on the original due date of March 18, 2013, but will file the report on or before March 25, 2013.
