HyPower Fuel, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HYPF) is pleased to announce that they have reached an Agreement in Principle (AIP) with an international business development firm based in Hong Kong. A company spokesman reported that �HyPower was approached recently by this firm to provide biodiesel production solutions for a number of their clients. Those clients desired a more cost effective and profitable method for the production of biodiesel for markets in Southeast Asia from a variety of local feedstocks.
