P2P Health Systems Inc. (the "Company") (NEX: PTP.H) announces that it has re-scheduled its special meeting of shareholders for November 10, 2009 (the "Meeting") to consider, among other matters, its change of business transaction into the mining sector (the "Change of Business"), consolidation and name change (collectively, the "Transactions"), all as more particularly described in its June 3, 2009 news release. A full description of the Transactions and other matters to be considered at the Meeting is contained in the Company's management information circular and other Meeting materials to be mailed to shareholders on October 16, 2009.

The Company also announces that it has received TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") conditional approval of the Transactions, as well as the Company's reactivation and graduation from the NEX Board to Tier 2 of the TSXV, subject to receipt of shareholder approval of the Transactions and other filing requirements of the TSXV.

In connection with the Change of Business, the Company has also filed on SEDAR a National Instrument 43-101 compliant technical report titled "Technical Report on Salares 7 Property, Region III, Chile" dated August 31, 2009.

The Company also announces that it granted today an additional 3,520,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the Company pursuant to its Stock Option Plan. These options will be exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share and will expire on October 14, 2014.
