The shareholders have re-elected Messrs. Hon. Jerry Grafstein, Robert Martellacci, Tommy Weibing Gong, Michael Kraft and Gali Bar-Ziv as directors and also approved the reappointment of RSM Canada LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as auditors.
