Dynamic Technologies Group Inc. (TSXV: DTG, OTC:ERILF) (“Dynamic”, “Company”, “we” and “our”) announces that it has executed an amendment to its loan agreement with its senior lender to change the Facility A and B Maturity Dates to July 14, 2022.

Guy Nelson, Dynamic’s Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said; “We are pleased to see that the Shanghai lockdown has eased somewhat, allowing our strategic investor to make progress in releasing the funds required to allow the Company to retire its senior, short term debt with strategic debt and private placement equity announced April 12, 2022. We are grateful to our current senior lender for their support in granting this extension.”
