Investments Limited ("FIL"), that FIL and its direct and indirect subsidiaries
have an unchanged notifiable interest in 11,855,513 ordinary shares of 5p each
in the Company, representing approximately 7.92% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital following the equity issue announced on 11 March 2003.
