BOSTON, Sept. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Eaton Vance Credit Opportunities Fund (NYSE:EOE), a closed-end management investment company, today declared a monthly distribution of $0.058 per common share. As portfolio and market conditions change, the rate of future distributions may change. The distribution is expected to be paid on September 30, 2009, to shareholders of record on September 10, 2009. The ex-dividend date is September 8, 2009. At this time the Fund believes that a portion of the September distribution may be comprised of amounts from sources other than net investment income.
