On June 15, 2022, DAVIDsTEA Inc. (the “Company”), a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “Act”), held its annual shareholders’ meeting. The Company delivered a presentation at the annual meeting, which was also made available on its website. A copy of the presentation is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
