The Company was advised on Thursday 5 June that Michael Cronk purchased 100,000
Ordinary Shares of 5p at 9.5 pence per share in Coburg Group plc on Wednesday 4
June.

Michael Cronk now holds a total of 945,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing 7.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
