Issue of Options
Zaim Credit Systems plc (the 'Group' or 'Zaim'), the Russian
focused fintech group providing financial inclusion for those
consumers who are not well served by mainstream lenders, announces
that it has today issued 2,000,000 options over Ordinary Shares
("Options") to Non-Executive Director Paul Auger.
The Options are exercisable at a price of 2.7 pence per Ordinary
Share, being the closing mid market price on 23 September 2020,
vest one year from the date of grant and have a 5 year term.
