We have today been advised by Singapore Technologies Capital Services Pte Ltd.
that they have purchased 716,000 Worldsec Limited shares, which increases their
shareholding from 11.4% to 17.00%.

The transaction took place on Wednesday, 12th November 1997 and we were advised
of it today at 1.00 am London time.
