Titon Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it
has been informed that Nick Howlett, Non-Executive Director, has
disposed of a total of 23,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this sale, the total beneficial interest
Nick Howlett and persons closely associated with him is 40,500
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36 per cent of the Company's
current issued share capital.
