                                Issue of Equity

ScreenFX plc (AIM:SFX), the digital advertising and communications specialists,
announces today that it is has issued 35 Ordinary Shares.  The reason for the
issue is to facilitate the consolidation which will occur on Wednesday 31
October 2007.  Application has been made for the shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM.  It is expected that admission will take place on 30 October
2007.
