Further to the announcement made by the Company on 8 March 2013, a notice of EGM ("Notice") has today been published in the Wiener Zeitung (in German) convening an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 3 April 2013 at 10:00 CET (09:00 GMT) at the offices of Sauerzopf & Partner, Boersegasse 9/3, A1010-Vienna, Austria.

A copy of the Notice and an English translation thereof are available on the Company's website at www.scottygroup.com. Forms of instruction and forms of proxy to be used by shareholders in accordance with the instructions detailed in the announcement of 8 March 2013 are also available on the Company's website.
