Result of General Meeting and
Cancellation from AIM
RA International Group PLC (AIM:
RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site
services to organisations globally, announces that at the General
Meeting held earlier today, the resolution approving the
cancellation of the admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to
trading on AIM was duly passed.
Accordingly, it is expected that the
last day of dealing in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be
10 March 2025 and that cancellation of their admission to trading
on AIM will take place at 7.00 a.m. (UK time) on 11 March
2025.
Voting results
Resolution 1 was proposed as a
special resolution. The votes cast in respect of each resolution
