Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

This announcement is made jointly by Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc (MIG), Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc (MIG 2), Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc (MIG 4) and The Income & Growth VCT plc (I&G) (together the Companies and each a Company), which are advised by Gresham House Asset Management Limited (Gresham House).

The boards of the Companies announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus (Supplementary Prospectus) relating to the offers for subscription to raise, in aggregate, up to GBP47 million , with over-allotment facilities to raise, in aggregate, up to a further GBP29 million ( together the Offers and each an Offer ).

The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication of The Income & Growth VCT plc's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2022 (2022 I&G Accounts), certain information from which is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the 2022 I&G Accounts have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
