Management plc, a fund management company in the Friends Provident Group, is
interested in 4,408,173 ordinary shares in the Company representing 9.67% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.


Friends Provident Life Office is the holding company of Isis Asset Management
plc and is also interested in these shares.
