IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has
purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005
pence each from UBS AG London Branch ("UBS").

purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these
shares, the Company holds 8,011,410 of its ordinary shares in
treasury and has 353,546,458 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).

Since 25 September 2024, IG Group
has purchased 8,011,410 shares at a cost of £74,999,991 (excluding
fees and taxes).
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
These purchases are the last
purchases to be made under the irrevocable programme between IG
Group, on the one hand, and UBS, on the other hand, announced on 25
September 2024, as that irrevocable programme has been
completed.
