IG Group Holdings plc
("IG Group") announces today that it
has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005
pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such
purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group
on 31 January 2025, as announced on 3 February 2025:

purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these
shares, the Company holds 8,151,223 of its ordinary shares in
treasury and has 353,406,645 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
Since 3 February 2025, IG Group has
purchased 139,813 shares at a cost of £1,414,313.46 (excluding fees
and taxes).
