Result of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") and Liquidation

30 June 2011

The Board of Gottex Market Neutral Trust Limited announce that at the EGM of the Company held today, 30 June 2011, all Ordinary and Special Resolutions, including the Liquidation Resolution put forward before the meeting were approved by Shareholders.

In accordance with the passing of the Liquidation Resolution, the Company has been placed into voluntary liquidation and Ashley Charles Paxton and Robert James Kirby of KPMG Channel Islands Limited, 20 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4AN, have been appointed as liquidator to the Company.

The cancellation of listing on the London Stock Exchange of the Company's Shares will take place at 8.00am on 1 July 2011.

A copy of the Resolutions, including the Liquidation Resolution will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
