ZDP Share Buybacks
Further to the announcement made by
EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") on 1
November 2024, the Company announces that it is no longer intending
to undertake purchases of the Company's zero dividend preference
shares ("ZDP Shares").
3,000,000 ZDP Shares have been
purchased by the Company since the announcement made on 1 November
2024.
ESO will announce any future
intention to purchase ZDP Shares of the Company, as applicable, in
due course.
